Refund Policy

Thank you for registering to participate in the Lone Star Games. We understand that plans can change, and we offer the following refund policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances:
Cancellation and Refunds:

More than 45 days before the event: Participants who cancel their registration more than 45 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of $10.

30 days before the event: Participants who cancel their registration 30 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Less than 29 days before the event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 29 days before the event.
Event Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that the Lone Star Games are canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies), registered participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or another event.
Registration Transfer:

If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant. Transfers must be completed at least 7 days before the event and are subject to a $10 transfer fee.
No-Shows:

No refunds will be provided to participants who do not attend the event without prior notice.
Processing Time:

Refund requests will be processed within 15 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
