

Become a Vendor!
Vendors are invited to be part of the Lonestar Games at the Brownsville SportsPark. The event brings together athletes, spectators, gyms, and families from across South Texas for a two-day partner competition. Vendor booths are placed within the event area so businesses can connect with competitors and attendees throughout the weekend.
Vendor Information

Vendor Schedule
Friday – Setup & Evening Competition

12:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Vendor setup

5:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Friday Night competition
Vendors may leave their booths set up overnight. Overnight security will be provided by the Brownsville Police Department.​
Saturday – Competition Day

Booths ready by: 7:30 AM

Competition runs throughout the day

Awards ceremony: approximately 4–5:00 PM
Tear Down
Vendors may begin tearing down after the awards ceremony. Estimated tear down window: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Vendor Requirements
Vendors should bring:

10x10 tent or canopy

Booth signage and displays

Any additional equipment needed for their booth
Electricity is not guaranteed. If power is required, please indicate this during registration.
Sales & Permits
Vendors are responsible for:

Any required permits (especially food vendors)

Compliance with local regulations

Collecting applicable sales taxes
